Nearly 50 administrative professionals provide essential support for their various units, working closely with colleagues and campus partners on programs and projects with significant, wide-ranging impact.

Through our programming, alumni groups, and events, our alumni engagement staff connects with graduates, Hawkeye fans, patients, arts fans, parents, supporters, and anyone who loves the University of Iowa.

Our communications professionals mix expertise in copywriting, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, web design and development, and digital marketing.

Data analytics team members leverage data, research, and advanced analytics to inform strategic decision making, knowledge integration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Finance staff provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders and ensure that UICA resources are allocated to achieve strategic priorities. They serve the University of Iowa by ensuring that donor funds are received, held, and disbursed according to donor intent.

Development staff connect donors with their passions—whether it's giving students the educational opportunities of their dreams or funding research and new treatments for disease.

Information technology and facilities staff launch, monitor, and support the many assets, resources, and services needed for the UICA to operate optimally, from computer hardware and data security to shipping services and building maintenance.

The stewardship and events team specializes in creating meaningful, ongoing relationships with our donors and events that surprise and delight our alumni, donors, and friends.

Talent management staff initiate and manage comprehensive activities, programs and tools designed to support the manager/employee relationship, and recruit, retain, and reward highly engaged professionals who are committed to our mission and culture.
